At Grab Hub, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across Pakistan. Since we operate on a local dropshipping model, our trusted suppliers and logistics partners handle fulfillment directly from locations within Pakistan.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Processing time starts after your order is confirmed and payment is verified (or COD order is placed).
  • During peak periods (Eid, major sales, public holidays), processing may take up to 4–5 business days.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable local courier services including TCS, Leopards Courier, PostEx, Trax on your location and order size.

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Quetta, etc.): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Other cities & towns: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote / rural areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch (may take longer due to limited courier coverage).

Note: These are estimated delivery windows. Actual delivery can vary due to weather, public holidays, courier volume, address issues, or unforeseen delays. We provide tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp once the order is handed over to the courier.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat rate shipping: PKR 250–350 across Pakistan (most common for lightweight items < 2 kg).
  • Free shipping on orders above PKR [e.g., 3,000 / 4,000] (you can set your threshold).
  • Heavier / bulkier items may have additional charges based on weight & destination (shown at checkout).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide — most customers prefer this option.

Exact shipping cost (if any) is displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website or app.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If you are unavailable, they may leave a missed delivery notice or contact you.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries after multiple attempts may be returned to us. In such cases:
    • You may be charged return shipping fees (PKR 200–400).
    • COD orders may still be chargeable for the shipping amount.

To avoid this, please provide a complete & accurate address and active phone number.

6. Important Notes

  • We deliver Monday–Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
  • We currently ship only within Pakistan.
  • Incorrect / incomplete address, wrong phone number, or refusal to accept COD parcels may result in order cancellation and restocking/return fees.
  • For any delay longer than 10 business days, contact our support with your order number — we will investigate with the courier.
